It has been said that as time goes by, heavy metals accumulate in our bloodstream and causes partial and eventual total blockage of our arteries. There are several invasive methods that are being used to remedy that situation and the two most popular are angioplasty and heart bypass. However, both methods, aside from being invasive also come with a number of not so desirable deep scars, long hospitalization, medications, etc… On top of that, both methods will surely leave the patient unproductive and dependent upon expert medical personnel for quite sometime.
At this point, one very popular method being employed by a number of people is called oral EDTA chelation. It is a method of introducing chelation agents into the human body that results in the removal of heavy metals that causes the build up of plaque. It is this plaque buildup that eventually causes the blockage of the artery. These chelation agents function by making chemical bonds with metal ions, thus rendering them much less chemically reactive. The result is a water soluble complex that enters the bloodstream and harmlessly expelled. EDTA chelation is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as a treatment for heavy metal toxicity, among others.
Chelation treatment is non invasive thus allowing the patient to continue with his daily chores without interruption. I need not add that it is also much easier on the wallet.
