A few days ago, I watched a rerun of Home Alone, a movie about a young boy who got unintentionally left behind when the entire family left for a Christmas vacation. To make matters worse, a ruthless duo preyed on empty houses in the neighborhood and set their sights on what they thought was an empty residence but actually had the boy in it.
